14-day returns

For standard items, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging.

How to request a return

Email Angieg421@hotmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address.

Return shipping

For a change of mind or a size you selected that does not fit, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Bulky items

Any product-specific return restrictions for bulky items will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase. Where no exception is stated, the standard return terms above apply. Contact us before returning a bulky item so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

We will email you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
